We believe play is a powerful, positive force in the world. Our mission is to make the world a more playful place.
The money we raise at Spiel-a-thons supports our game bundle program and much more!
Our game bundle program delivers quality games to hospitals, senior centers, boys and girls clubs, women’s and homeless shelters, schools, libraries, and eventually even prisons.
The Foundation also runs a media network focused on games, oversees two game award programs, AND we will be opening our own facility, the Dekoven Center for Play in Indianapolis!
We’re providing a LOT of different ways to come play and donate to a good cause over the course of the week.
Enter a drawing for a seat in one of many play sessions with publishers and designers from around the world. For every $5 you donate, your name goes into the drawing.
For a small donation you’ll get a different downloadable puzzle or challenge each day. We’ll have daily prize winners and a prize pack for the overall winner at the end of the week.
Come play At the Races, an online horse racing game hosted by noted game designer Rikki Tahta (Coup). Top players win prizes!
The finale of the Spiel-a-thon is an online Quiz Show extravaganza, hosted by Bruce Voge and Stephen Conway. Sharpen your wits, open your wallets, and be prepared for three rounds of wacky fun. You may win a prize or two as you compete to earn the coveted Meeple Crown!
You can watch a live playthroughs of board games with options to donate as you watch.
Join us for a live panel of artists and editors from Ravensburger to discuss the challenges and inspirations behind the art of Marvel Villainous.
Bid on a selection of unique art items created by Spielers and friends of the foundation
