We offer several sponsorship options for businesses that want to support our mission and reach a broad slice of the game playing world.
As a 501(c)3 non profit organization your sponsorship is tax deductible. We can provide any and all necessary documentation to confirm your contribution
Sponsorships include audio, web site and social media ads as well as banner and signage at Spiel-a-thons we host, plus logos included in our game bundle program.
Monthly Media Sponsorship $400
Audio Ads / Web Site Ads / Social Media Posts
You’ll be mentioned as a sponsor/underwriter on all podcast content we produce (NPR style). Instead of the longer format audio ads we have done in the past, these will be quick mentions highlighting a new title or upcoming release or a tag line.
Our regular episodes reach over 5,000 listeners.
Our convention panel episodes reach 10,000-12,000. Sometimes way more!
Web site ads on thespielfoundation.com, thespiel.net and majorfun.com
The sites collectively receive 40-45,000 unique visitors each month
Social media posts, 2 each month, mentioning and thank you as a sponsor (with links)
Collectively across all social media platforms we reach 8,000-10,000.
Every Spielathon Sponsorship Package $2,000
We will have signs and banners posted with sponsor logos. We will also thank you during announcements and prize giveaways during the event.
When possible, we will feature your games as part of the event (your games being played, giving some away as prizes to participants)
We will have special Spiel shirts for all volunteers and they will have sponsor logos on the back.
We have 6 events scheduled and hope to add as many as 3 more to our calendar this year.
At 6 Spielathons this price breaks down to $333 per event.
NOTE! we are hosting a special extended Spiel-a-thon at GenCon this year. Between 2,500 and 3,000 people are expected to attend!
Single Spielathon Sponsorship $500
Includes banner and signage at a single Spielathon of your choice.
Game Bundle Sticker $100
Your logo will be included on the sticker we place inside of every game in every bundle we deliver
This sticker features the Foundation Logo and a list of every sponsor.
The Full Meal Deal – 12 Month Sponsorship $5,000
This includes all the sponsorship opportunities listed above!
This price is a $2,000 discount over purchasing each option individually!
NOTE: This sponsorship lasts 12 months from the date you sign on and is not linked to the calendar year. Become a sponsor in May? You’re a sponsor until next May!
